I couldn't convince myself to save this project until the release of the Punisher series on Netflix. I tried, but I finally caved. I missed the comic entirely, but I stumbled across an image of him a while ago. I had forgotten about it until I got an update in Marvel Future Fight. That's a handy mobile game. I never play it, but it's fun to log on and look through the designs from time to time. As someone who doesn't read many comics these days, it's been great to see some of the newer looks. Sculpted up the shirt, collar, and bands over the shirt. Sculpted up the pants and sleeves, then swapped out the feet for Steve Rogers. Jacket comes from an Infinite Heroes Jim Gordon or Question, but this one was a cast from Vortious. Head was from Spider-Man 2099 and the belt came from Cap. Full repaint, topped off with some Punisher pistols, and done!
