I had this First Order figure as a leftover from one of my walker figures and he was sitting around collecting dust. Figured I would try to use him up, but I wanted to something unique with him, so I decided to make a 501st style trooper. Of course we haven't seen any sign of the 501st in the new movies, but it felt like a cool way to integrate them into a figure.

Mostly just a repaint, I hit the figure with the base blue colors. After those parts dried, I took the edge of a knife and etched out the paint scratches. Next, I hit him with a light coating of black spray paint, which I let dry for a bit then smudged with paper towels to "clean it up" while still keeping him dirty. Finally, the figure was hit with some scorch marks and then sealed.

Figure lacks real POA with only 7 points, so I tried to focus more on detail. Figure also features a blaster that he can hold and fits on his leg when stored.
