It’s been a while. Having two young kids has kicked my butt for the last 3 years.

This is a custom I’ve wanted to do for a while and the opportunity presented itself.

All it is, is a modified Titan Joker.

I moded the face with milliput, cut off the Mohawk and took him completely apart.

That's really cool looks athentic, reminds me mostly of the first on you encounter in Arkham Asylum.
