This is one of those characters I've thought about making for a while, but kept putting him off. I enjoyed making Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes on the Marvel build previously, but didn't feel like any characters really fit on the body type. They all seem fine on the smaller Joe build. Destro, however, always seems too small. This project comes back to mind every time I watch GI Joe Resolute. He's huge in that. So, I finally caved, and gave the project a go. Upper torso, arms, and upper legs are from Hyperion, with the lower torso and lower legs coming from Gladiator. Topped off with a head from Drax. Sculpted up the collar, metal piece around his neck, gauntlets, boots, straps on his leg, and his belt. Full repaint from there, and all done!
