It's the Evil Lord of Destruction and occasional Geico spokesman Filmation Skeletor. I used the recent Hallmark ornament for the head and a few costume details. The rest was made using some apoxie fix it and a MU Deathlok for the base.Hope you enjoy and leave feedback. This was a lot of fun to make.
