OK my last Ultron was a bit wonky thanks to me being a bit pants and sculpting back then. To keep things simple I just did a headswap with one of the base Ultrons that came with the modern Iron Man much like a lot of other customisers on here. I thought it looked like a bit of livening up so I sprayed it black and did the mithril silver in layers to show off the detail. Finally, I hollowed out the head and used a fine sanding bit to open up the eyes. By managing to retain the original action feature from the neck stump he now has glowing eyes too! Turning the head slightly also beans the light stays on for action shots :)
