Not really sure what this is called, Cosplay Scarlet Spider?
Anyway, still think this is Spidercide 2.0 and not Ben but I really like the costume.
Also know that a new Scarlet Spider is announced, hopefully it's this one

Made him with Speed Demon Body, Ultimate Spider-man Head, Black Ant-man belt and Sculpted Hood
