I had started this one a long while ago, but had reached a standstill in the absence of some key parts. Then, in light of Sonny Landham's passing, I decided to take the plunge and tackle the project again with new enthusiasm. The head is from a NECA Contra Lance figure, the heavily furrowed brow was sanded down and the head repainted entirely. The M-16, legs and arms are from a NECA Dutch figure. Only the arms required repainting for the purposes of this figure. The torso, the hardest part to come by, is from a NECA Resident Evil Chris Redfield figure & required only a repaint. I think I’m gonna give this a shot but maybe use Rocky I arms.
Rocky arms are a good shout for Billy actually. Less muscle definition...
To be honest, I'm surprised we've not seen more Billy customs generally, especially since the release of the Contra figures...
