Mezco Commander Rogers.
First unpicked clothing and removed from Figure then unpicked the trousers off.
Restitched the top half and also connected between the legs so not to ride up.

Made the Pants, Vest and kit in ACU camo pattern (All hand sewn). Cena Baseball Cap repainted and STAR added.

Switched the Punisher neck for the Rogers neck then proceeded to attire the Punisher body with the Commander Rogers top, ACU pants and kit. Then added Rogers head and cap. Then weapons.

Flag and Name tag are from the HOT TOYS 1/6th Winter Soldier STEALTH suit.

Thanks Loyalty2086 & bjpalm1994. Appreciate the kind words guys. Was a fun project and one I wanted to do ever since they announced Commander Rogers.
