For Superman I took my Hot Toys Man of Steel and used Hydrospan to reduce the head to 6" scale. I've done this process many times but for whatever reason this head required about 30 attempts and I was considering putting it on the shelf! In the end it turned out well and I painted it to match my Bruce Wayne head. I think the Superman head of this figure is not nearly as bad as the Bruce Wayne for Batman, but still looks better once upgraded. A lot of airbrush work and then fine detailing by hand.
