I made this entirely out of a Gimli figure. There is limited articulation but I spent a lot of time trying to get the finer details.

I bulked up the tummy, completely sculpted over the boots and focused on creating his big crazy hair.

So you got the hair down I see Nice job! It is a pain to sculpt him I know that lol. Nice details and good use of that Uruk spear. Don’t worry about articulation, I did the same with my original Balin making use of the Gimli body as it was a good base with decent height etc but years later I’ve caved and updated him lol. Good work on the detail! What did you use for the beard metal braid thingy just curious as I seem to recall you did similar thing with your Dori that I thought looked neat.

Nice job on Bifur! I just can't seem to get the motivation to do that insane hair on mine. You nailed the look, especially the braids and plait for the beard. Great work, Bastila!
