upper body is a modified matrix exosuit, with a fodder gun mounted on top with a few plates, the lower body is an iron monger from the iron man movie, the nick fury head is a marvel legends version and its half body is a modified terminator NECA torso ...then a light repaint and custom shield decals added

That base figure is actually an AMP Suit from the 3 3/4 Avatar line, not the Matrix exo-suit quoted above. "Mifune's Last Stand" Mech suit figure is WAY bigger and more detailed than this. Great Customizing none the less though, cool work!
