Was going for a Red Lantern version of Green Lantern Hannu. The FF movie Thing was perfect. The placement of the FF symbol was in the exact same place as Hannu's.

His costume was painted with Model Masters Gloss Black, MM Silver covered with MM Clear Red. Body was painted with MM Gloss Black, cracks were painted with MM Blue Angel Yellow covered with Clear Red. I was going for a basalt rock look with lava like blood that the red lanterns have seeping through the cracks.

Volcanus was a miner by the name of Migrm on his home planet. He reported multiple safety issues at the work site to the lead foreman, but was told to shut up and get back to work, that they were behind schedule. A couple days later there was a collapse in the mine that killed 15 workers including Mirgm's cousin and brother. The foreman knowing Mirgm would report him tried to kill Mirgm during the chaos. Mirgm flew into a rage and beat the foreman to death with his bare hands. This is when the Red Lantern ring came to him. Mirgm became Volcanus and flew to the mining companies hq and killed everyone there. Volcanus uses his rage to fight corporate greed. Wherever workers are being put in danger Volcanus is there to protect the workers and destroy those that put them in danger.I
