Here's one that's been done many times before here on the Realm: a Grand Admiral Thrawn from a Krennic base. I came by a second Krennic cheap, and because I'm impatient, decided to make a Thrawn from that rather than wait for the official Black Series Thrawn to go on sale (which I still hope it will). I really like the Wonder Man head for Thrawn - it has just the right expression, and the eyes are already red. Only problem is, it's a little oversized, but I hope it works anyway. Resculpted the hair and the cheeks/jawline, modifying the back of the head so it would fit on the Krennic neck peg. Took the hands from Finn and repainted them. Sculpted on the epaulettes and the pins on his collar, and repainted the rank insignia. In Rebels, Thrawn is depicted with two Dosimeters (code cylinders) in each pocket, so I sculpted two extra ones. As with any tiny critters sculpted from scratch that I've done, I was hesitant to make a Ysalamir to go with Thrawn, but figured it would help set my custom apart from the official version - plus I think the concept of the Ysalamiri is awesome, and they're so cute! I named my Ysalamir "Timmy" after Thrawn Trilogy author Timothy Zahn. Thanks for looking! ![]() |

Did you consider using the older Toybiz Wonder Man head instead? It might be better scaled - but I guess also might be too small!
