Wanted to revisit this character as it's been a few years since my original. I used the Toybiz Dr Strange head, electric hands from Movie Electro (inked green) and clutched hands from White Iron Fist. Sculpted the hair and mid-torso then used craft foam for the shoulder and back piece. Cape is from Vision too. The energy effects are hot glue, twistie ties and ink.
