Head - cast from e-bay and added her rat-tail ponytail from a Shatterstar
Fire wings - Phoenix toy from craft store.
Studs - cut nails down and inserted into the plastic. ( she’s deadly!)

I shaped the wings and contoured them to the body.

I don’t remember the brand specifically, but it was a toy Phoenix from an AC Moore/ Michales craft store. Both stores usually have a plastic animal section with fantasy and real animals.
I have to update this photo. I’ve changed her head. This old one is terrible.

Excellent work, also my favorite depiction of Rachel/Phoenix. The fire wings are a great addition, and with the embedded nails the figure could double as a "deadly weapon", lol!
