I bought a couple of figures recently that filled long-standing holes in my collection, however, each needed just a bit of tweaking...
One is the warrior of Heaven, Angela. Whilst the Marvel Legends release is by far the best action figure representation Angela has ever received, I'm more of a Spawn fan than Marvel, and I much preferred her appearance in the Image comics.
In order to better reflect this period in the character's history, the majority of the customizing was done through altering the paint applications. I wasn't a fan of the orange tinged "gold" of Angela's armour, so I repainted it a more muted shade in keeping with her Image... image.
I altered Angela's face markings, covering the Marvel purple lightning bolts with her signature Image black face paint.
Angela's spear came from a McFarlane Tiffany figure, as did the Spawn logo headdress adornments... kind of, same character, different figure.
