To go along with Prometheus I got asked to fix up this guy. Both the villains from the last seasons of Arrow and Flash. Amazingly, the request wasn't for that reason. Purely coincidental. I'm aiming to work on some of the Rogues shortly, so this Flash villain ended up being well timed. His entire shirt is supposed to have small squares on it, so instead of smoothing his torso over and drawing them on, I just sculpted the whole thing up. Seemed to come out much better that way. Head was from Zartan with the new hood sculpted on. Skirt piece was from, I think Dr Strange. Made it a lot simpler to section the shirt and add the belt. Added a cast pouch to the side and boot cuffs from Cap. Cape was from Hyperion, resculpted a bit. After that, I sculpted up the philosopher's stone, gave him a full repaint, and done!
