This is a Mega City One, riot armoured judge, a concept based on Judge Dredd. The base figure is a Neca Raynor, the shoulder eagle, other badges and battle damage are additions. The gun is a remodel of the one that came with figure, it also took longer to do than I expected. Thanks for taking time to look.
