Looks great, it was an excellent idea using the Carnage as a base, the proportions are perfect. My only minor critique is really a matter of personal preference, but I would have liked to see the spider emblem continue onto the back as well, but I know how difficult logos are to paint. It still looks fantastic as it is, though, great work!
