Replaced Spider-Man's hands and head with the ones on the 3" Classic Phantom, which fit well with the 5" scale due to the exaggerated proportions of the tiny figure. This helped keep the details like the mask and rings and retain a professional level of quality. The belt is from Marvel Legends Darkhawk, with the Phantom figure's belt buckle x-acto'd off and glued on. I masked the black legs below the knee to give the effect of boots, then the figure was painted with a Naggaroth Night Citadel Base, and sealed with a Duraclear Ultra Matte.

For the full Phantom effect (at least for me) I needed a jungle terrain kind of feel and of course, his trusty wolf Devil! For Devil, I found a hobby shop wolf toy so it was pretty simple. The stand is a leftover Marvel Select Guardians of the Glalaxy base customized with a treasure chest toy and skull, epoxy putty to replace the alien tech parts of the original and embedded with a toy treasure chest and plastic skull. The whole thing was painted brown and green, using Citadel paints.
