Here's the third of the Hard Boiled Heavies, Heavy Magician, a magical lady in an incredibly garish outfit who uses her shape shifting hat to turn into the members of Team Hooligan (that's Nack, Bark, and Bean for those who didn't follow Archie's Sonic comic) during her boss fight. As usual the base figure was an Egg Robo, but this one has a lot more costume elements made out of craft foam. Only 2 more members left of Eggman's narcissism army.
