Ultimate Reed Richards was an incredible villain and when he appeared as the Infamous Iron Man's potential rival, I almost lost my mind. It was a match made in heaven!! But it wasn't meant to be (Mephisto? Really Marvel?)
Anyway, regardless, I wanted to make him and he wasn't too hard. Base body was pretty much already his body, just added the details and then his helmet. I probably should've sanded it a bit more, but I like things looking a little dented and imperfect.
Wow, he faced off with Iron Man? Nice. I loved him in Ultimate Marvel. Big fan of heroes turning into villains, and he was a fantastic one. Awesome rendition! Looks perfect!
Thanks! Infamous Iron Man - who was Victor Von Doom (Dr Doom) turned hero! So it would have been a heroic Dr Doom against a villainous Reed Richards!! A perfect rivalry, but they didn't continue with it. They made it Mephisto in disguise..
Oh yeah. I remember hearing about that run. I don't read as much anymore. Too bad it ended up being Mephisto. Marvel is using him way too often as their easy out.
