Continuing my Rulers of the Underworld box set I have the King of the Trolls. I wanted a robust looking figure so the Doc Ock Unleashed fit the bill just nicely. However his Micky Mouse shoes had to go, I believe I used a pair of WWE shoes covered with plastic laces. I also used a DCUC Etrigan head and opened it's mouth and trimmed the ears, The hands are from Toy Biz Beast, the cape hand sown, and the whimsical crown that is meant to just rest on his head is plastic lace with paper fastener details.
