Body is the Phasing ( translucent ) Doctor strange. Head swap with a cast Hand ninja. Removed plastic skirt piece and replaced it with a cloth one from darth maul figure. Swappable right hand ( throwing daggers from bullseye and chopping hand from ironfist) melted a hole under the sash on his back to fit sword ( ran out of grasping hands so no sword in hand pictures.)

Thanks red..... It came to me almost last minute....I was afraid it wouldn't stretch far enough to fit the sheath so went with the bare sword instead....I'm pleased with it as well !!!!!
