As with my Gideon, George Washington here was another figure I got as a kid here in the UK. Head is from a wrestler (not sure of the name as got at a car boot sale) then the arms and lower legs are from Ultimate Cap (Epic Heroes line). Modified the collar from the two pack Vulture and sculpted on the hair, bear and other chest detail. Leg pouches are from Nick Fury and the shoulder piece is a mash up of Stelth Beast gauntlet and Black Cat's whip.
