Many years ago, Bor, the ruler of Asgard, was fighting the Ice Giants, following a wounded giant to a powerful sorcerer who was waiting for him. The sorcerer caught him without realizing it, turning Bor into snow. By cursing his son, Odin, he led the Asgardians into battle against the Frost Giants and killed Laufey, who was the King, in personal combat. Odin found a small child the size of Asgardian hidden inside the main stronghold of the Frost Giants. The boy was Loki and Laufey had kept him hidden from his people because of his shame about his son's small size. Odin took the boy, by a combination of pity, to appease his father, and because he was the son of a worthy adversary killed in honorable combat, and raised him as his son

This figure is a repaint of the figure of the mandarin with some details in leather and leather cloth, for the scepter take a harpoon of the x-men, a plastic pebble and part of a power rangers sword.
