This has been done a couple of times before but here's my version of the great Cthulhu. I got a PVC cast of a Cthulhu statue and a McFarlane Spawn Movie Malebolgia and put them together with a little hot glue, some sculpt, and paint. Nothing groundbreaking or amazing but I'm glad to have him around to drive some of my other figures mad. Included a pic with Machine Man for scale in case anyone was curious. Also of note, if anyone is wanting to do the same custom be careful. Like many of those old McFarlane figures the plastic on the movie Malebolgia figures seems to be getting quite brittle in its old age. Both of Cthulhu's elbows broke their pegs as soon as I moved them (the figure was MIB) and I had to fix them. You have been warned.
