Cut the hat away with dremel turned the head around and cut cavities for mouth and eyes into back of head (now the front ) sculpted features and fur. sculpted hood and chest piece ( separate to allow movement ) repaint ( several coats of glowin the dark paint for the eye ) ML Kraven's spear with clay feathers and repaint. His face could have turned out better but... oh-well. Next time I guess.
That guy is weathered to perfection, and the face is great! It fits his rugged look! And that dio in the first pic was very unique for crystals / ice!!
