This look varies in the comics so did a mash up of the figure we got from Toybiz 5" form and some trading card images. Lower arms and boots are Paladin. Hands are Machine Man and belt is from USAgent. Head and blades from the Juggy wave Shatterstar. Craft foam for the shoulders and knee pads, with a WWE knee pad for the scarf.
