Torso lex luthor, waist/hips/legs of black series k-2so, hands from masterpiece starscream, wheel from RC car lightning McQueen. Head is legacy green ranger, bill from mighty ducks figure, mohawk is from gundam... haven't completed because I'm starting on another version and may make changes to this or use parts, lol.
