I've seen the list of figures Tomy is planning on making for the Sonic line, and it seems Rouge might be something for the distant future if they get around to it at all. But then Jakks Pacific started making Incredibles figures in a style that is similar to Fisher Price's Imaginext and Tomy's Sonic toys, and when I saw Elastigirl I was struck by inspiration and HAD to make this, a Rouge figure that would blend in with Tomy's current Sonic line. I used Apoxie sculpt to modify Helen Parr's bustline and outfit a little and pretty much totally sculpted Rouge's head on top of hers. The wings are craft foam.
