So in the comics Hela stands 7 feet! She's taller than Thor and even Thanos although I'm sure Thanos can alter his size. So in keeping with my scale and height addiction, I made her out of a DC Wondergirl figure that I had in my fodder bin. The head was also just lying around and the cape was from a Revoltech Batman.

I love looking through my spare parts and finding combinations ready to put together. Replaced the feet and hand joints with Revoltech joints for more articulation and I believe the hands used to be from a Variable Action figure Nami. The antler/horn thingos are made from foam with wire stuck behind it so I can articulate it as well. They were stuck on Hela's head with magnets so I can remove them or replace them with other antler designs. Just like in the movie, her antler thingies change depending on her mood - loved that part!

Finally, painted her metallic green which I found ran when I sprayed it with dullcote but it actually worked out in the end coz I mean she's the goddess of death! She doesn't have to look all neat and tidy! Plus, its hard to see in the photo, but some of Wondergirl's transparent, glittery outfit came through and it just adds to the figure I think.
