I love the Fantastic Four! I can't stop saying that because they seem so irrelevant these days. Its almost like all they've done has been forgotten. And while making these I decided to re-read Hickman's run just to remind myself how incredible they are (were). Can't wait for their return to the comic world and debut in the MCU.

Anyway, once again in trying to scale these guys right and capture their proper heights in the comics I went with the very small Figma Angel/Cupid figures. They were originally little fat angels which I sanded down slim. This proved to be pretty difficult because, as you might know, bootlegs are made with very inferior plastic and sanding them down leaves a not so smooth surface on them. But I persevered.

Franklin's head came off a Superboy figure I snagged for cheap online and Valeria's head came from a Dr Who character figure. These took me a while to find because the Angel figures were so small so finding good child-like heads for them weren't easy.
