I cut the top of the head from the Seventh Doctor that came in the Eleven Doctors set, and smooth it out with epoxy putty, I then removed the hat from another Seventh Doctor figure, and glue it to the new head; I also sculpted a peg to make sure the hat stayed on. I finished by repainting the head and air to cover the cutting and sculpting.
