This is the uniform worn by Cap after the goverment fired him. He called himself the Captain during this period and after regaing his old uniform back John Walker took it up and became known as the U.S.Agent. Again no aterations to the body just a repaint using stencils for the chest insignia. I think I can still make some redesings using this body.
