I haven't seen many customs of the New Marvel Legends Quasar. Made this with a Polaris figure, I updated this custom with a new Head that I thought was great for this figure. The Avengers Endgame Black Widow Marvel legends figure head because of the braided hair.. Then I added a new cape I took from a vision. The front part of the cape was from another cape..
