The Batman Who Laughs is such a great idea and a great design, and when I was commissioned to do this, I thought it would be fun - and it was! Started with a Morbius to minimise paint rub. Swapped out the arms for Nick Fury. Took the head from Hobgoblin, sculpted over. Made the straps, collar and the lower portion of the coat from craft pleather. Used the ends of toothpicks for the spikes on the visor, and made the ears out of styrene sculpted over. The chains are LEGO chains, with the two connecting pieces at either end cut off.
