I used green stuff and paint to give Neca Vasquez's face the resemblance of Dietrich: basically more cheecks and less nose. Painted the chest and added a sort of white snake (not like in the movie) because she is a medic and snakes are one of the profession's symbols. As the original figure had no sleeves, I added them making them with epoxy and painted them. I painted a red cross with some white on the back bag. Slightly repainted the helmet.
