So, much like when I fixed up Flatman, there was also a villainous counterpart to Bouncing Boy. This one an enemy of the Legion of Superheroes known as Jiv Reduu. A much slimmer character that could also enlarge himself in similar fashion. I'll have that one posted in a few days.

Straight forward process here. Sculpted up the belt and the bracelets. The head was a cast of a 25th Anniversary Xamot. Or Tomax. Whichever. Resculpted the hair a bit. Full repaint, and all finished!
