The second member of the Sinister Syndicate is one I've been wanting to try for a while. Especially since they made him a member of the Squadron Supreme/Sinister. I believe his new history is that he went by the Whizzer as a rookie.

Pretty simple approach overall. But, I had the Iron Fist figure, so I had to swap out his legs for Scarlet Spider so he'd have the additional articulation. The head was from the old Daredevil figure, with the horns cut off and the mask sculpted on. From there, a full, tedious repaint, and done!
