I always forget how popular this guy is. I remember at one point he took the place of USAgent. Who took the place of Superman. Characters I was making rather regularly. And then I did all of his International colors, too. That was fun. Recently, I've been asked to make him a few times. Out of nowhere, and back to back. That was surprising, but I've been looking forward to making him again.

Sanded down the mask and ears on a Captain America head. Still one of my favorite ones to use. Belt was from Wonder Man. It's slightly loose, but does fit great on the smaller body type. Topped off with two pistols from Marauder, a full repaint, and all done!
