A few years ago, I fixed up an original minotaur concept for a friend. Think it was right before I started taking commissions at all. Might even be what encouraged me to give that a go. Don't think I ever really got many pictures of it, so I probably didn't post it. But, I did add an image from my phone to Instagram about a year ago and it recently popped up in my Facebook memories. Someone spotted it, and here we are with a new one! Also ended up getting to try this one quite differently.

So, my original minotaur was built fully on the Apocalypse body with a cast head that's no longer available. I decided to try some slightly different approaches this time. Main body and arms were from Apocalypse. Lower legs came from the Hulkbuster, with the harness/armor from the Indestructible Hulk. The skirt piece and, I think, the bracelets came from Skaar. Head was from a display minotaur. Papo maybe? I actually can't remember. Cut it off and fully dremeled it out. Added some sculpt to the face for a metal faceplate look. From there, a full repaint, and done!
