Unproduced by Kenner. Sheriff of Nottingham body. Val Kilmer Batman head hair resculpted and cheek and ear battle scar added with Apoxy. Pleather tunic with strips of metal studs glued on with Fabri-Tac. Crest made from scaled image onto fabric iron-on transfer. Cape from Star Wars Biggs.
