Anybody who knows me, knows I love obscure characters. Few TMNT characters are more obscure to American audiences than the ones which only appeared in foreign publications. I snagged a collection of "Las Tortugas Ninja", a Mexican TMNT comic series from eBay. In one story, the Turtles face a Native American fighter called Bufalo Rojo who absolutely WRECKS the Turtles and it's not until he's called off by his colleague that the Turtles are granted reprieve. Even though his design's a bit stereotypical, I admired how much of an absolute badass he was.

The body for the figure is a Marvel Universe Drax, with a GI Joe 50th Anniversary Spirit's head. I might replace the hands at some point since they don't fit the character, but I couldn't find any I liked at this time.
