Really easy. I dremmeled down the neck from the Prince of Persia head (Jake Gyllenhaal). I then drilled a hole into the neck to fit on Mysterio. I took the Mysterio cape and soaked in hot water. I then removed the dome. Easy peasy.

I actually thought of doing the same with a different Mysterio figure, but I wasn't crazy about the PoP figure JG likeness. There are some pretty accurate 12"/Hot Toys scale heads on ebay, but I've never seen one shrunk for ML scale.
