Batman v5 (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:98484
Name:Batman v5
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:newcollector
Date Added:November 6, 2018
Base Figure:ML Movie Electro
Height:6.25 inches
Critiques:Requested!
I wanted a more modern armored Batman to go along with my custom classic/Neal Adams Batman. This one was made using the ML movie electro figure and some random pieces from the new DC Multiverse Batman figure (and sculpted symbol).

The other more classic Batman in the pics below was built off of a ML Cosmic Spidey figure.

Thanks for looking

If you don't mind my asking, how did you get rid of all the plugs that were on the leg, abs and shoulders? Cut em off and sand smooth or?

I may be of the less popular opinion where I can't stand the idea of the spandex Batman. Bullets and knives arent gonna be stopped by whats essentially under armor compression shirts. But I LOVE armored batmans! Especially the tactical ones like this, maybe its the boot covers that make it look even more awesome. However I prefer black and grey for tactical reasins but ill be darned if the blue doesn't look great here, ill probably do black and grey on mine but that blue hits the nostalgia chord.

Thanks again. I had originally gone with Black and Grey, but it look to monochrome, and the details of the boots and gloves didn't stand out. At the last minute, did a light dry brush of blue and really think it helped.

Pretty sweet! I've made a knightquest Batman from this as well. My only issue is the figure seems a little short. Not a big deal though.

I used a movie Electro base for my modern Batman custom too. The head looks a little cartoony, but this is still an excellent custom Bats.

DC customs done on Hasbro bucks always look better than they do on Mattel's bucks. Which Hasbro would get the DC liscense as well.

Looks really cool, although I prefer the other head, I really like the use of the electro mold. I may have to give this a shot, as I have a spare electro.

thanks. yeah, I agree on the heads. The classic head is from an ML figure and the modern head is from a DC multiverse figure. Hasbro does better head sculpts then Mattel
