Hasbro made a 3.75 line based off of Captain America The Winter Soldier, but the scale and articulation was all over the place. A few years later, they released an acceptable 3.75 version with Civil War, that, with a few minor alterations, could be the ultimate Cap. Using it as a base, I decided to round out my collection of Steve Rogers figures starting with his “stealth” uniform from the beginning of the movie. Also, The Winter Soldier is, in my view, THE DARK KNIGHT of the MCU and as good as the other films are, nothing has topped it in terms of its subject matter and its “real world” groundedness. Figure was completed in 2016.
