I've been in an Anime mood lately so thought I'd do some of my favourites. I have a soft spot for the weakest characters in a series, or the ones who just get short changed all the time. Usopp is definitely weak and sometimes cowardly, but when he dawned the Sogeking mask and cape, he really grew as a character.

Anyway, started off with a Figma Criminal base figure, changed the upper legs and feet, pulled off the head from a Sogeking knock-off figure and viola! Now I just need a maskless alternate head.
