I got this idea as soon as I saw the reveal for Otto at Comic Con. After al I'd done a few Toad figures using the previous Toybiz one and this update looked to have way better articulation. He was a little taller than I'd imagined in hand but once done up and crouched, he fit it great! Sculpted the toes and majority of the collar as well as covering the ports in his back for the tentacles. The collar parts over his shoulders and all the fans on his gloves/boots are craft foam.
